KerOS always has at least three actively maintained releases: stable, testing, and unstable.
The stable distribution contains the latest officially released distribution of KerOS.
This is the production version of KerOS, and the one we recommend using first.
The testing distribution contains packages that are presented, but are pending acceptance. The main advantage of using this distribution is that it contains more recent versions of software, and it allows you to test new features before using them on the field.
A testing version becomes stable after a period of acceptance, generally over 15 days. We recommend to use this version for labs testing.
The unstable distribution is the one on which development activities take place. Typically, this distribution is used by developers and those who like to live on the edge.
As it name reflect, this version must not be used unless you exactly know what you are doing.
The repository used by your gateway can be found in the file: /etc/apt/sources.list.d/keros-deb.list
